You should have an echo and TMT.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Firstly, you should have echo if not done recently and if it's normal then Treadmill test to rule out the possibility of coronary artery disease. Because, considering your age and atrial fibrillation, we should rule out the possibility of coronary artery disease. So if treadmill test is negative then you may continue the exercises.
Sometimes heavy exercises may precipitate the acute cardiac event in patients with the underlying undiagnosed disease.
Also, In general, it's always better to do mild to moderate exercises in elders rather than heavy exercises like running speedily for a prolonged period.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
