Is A 4th Generation HIV Test Done After 11 Months Of Exposure Conclusive?
Need urgent consultation, have done protected intercourse with prostitute first time, got cold with little fever after 5 days,went for HIV tridot test after 20 days came negative , 90 days rapid test negative, 120 days 4th gen HIV ab/ag test Negative , 6 months 4th gen HIV ab/ag test Negative, 11 months 4th gen HIV ab/ag test Negative all 4th gen from same lab, fear that lab might not have given the correct result(Central Lab), having lot of anxiety from past one year, and feeling of numbness in legs , can this feeling of numbness is due to HIV or due to anxiety dont know, should i repeat further test ,can suggest any good lab, please help, hoping for your reply as soon as possible

HIV fourth generation test performed after 11 month of possible exposure is considered conclusive.
If that's negative you don't have HIV.
As far as laboratories are concerned, not every lab performs fourth generation test. They usually send the test to bigger labs and publish results on there name.
So, the report should be reliable.
