It seems your normal blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
Your blood pressure is just on the edge of being abnormal.
Since it has stayed at this level for past 10 days, it may just be your normal level. Still it could have been a lower level. I would suggest that you try lifestyle changes while keeping a weekly record of your blood pressure. The lifestyle changes include:
Diet: Avoid high calorie foods like butter, ghee, cheese, sweets, chocolates, etc
Take more of fruits and salad during day (at least 5 times a day), Take low salt, sugar and oil
Exercise daily for atleast 20 min a day. It can include yoga, gym, walk, cycling, swimming, etc
This lifestyle has to be continued for life. If you BP is higher than 140/90 on three separate occasions (as measured by doctor), then you may need medicines to control it.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
