Question : I have a blood pressure reading 105/65 feeling down and some times shaking. I need something immediate it's happening since 1 week

I am so sorry to hear about this feeling. I have reviewed this information fully and this recurrent attacks and the symptoms described are somewhat suggestive of a panic attack or anxiety. I will like this to be complemented by a complete physical examination to establish if there are no other possible causes and confirm my suspicion. These conditions are easily managed with medications and relaxation techniques. The most commonly used drug by me is clonazepam which is only available through a medical prescription.
