Question : My blood pressure in morning 9 showing 133/88 is it matter of concern I'm 43 year old male and my height is 180 Cm and weight is 77kgs

The blood pressure is not very high.
The normal value is 130/80. only borderline increase is seen in your case.

I suggest you to check the BP for 3 consecutive days, If its still high then the dietary modification with less salt diet and regular exercises is recommended. And do the follow up Bp check up after 1 month.
