Brief Answer:
If your BP is 135/82 on medicines you need to continue
Detailed Answer:
I am assume you are treatment for blood pressure with ConcorAM. Most of the hypertensive have occ VPCs which produce sense of missed beats. If they not too disturbing and uncomfortable it ok ignore them. Since your BP is quite normal with medicines and its good medicine continue the same.

sir,
missing heart bits and its intervals are disturbing,
since yesterday i have not taken CONCOR AM5 tablet, therefore i am ok, and not experiencing missing bits, will you please suggest any other medicines so as to rule out missing bits and to BP control.
thanks

Brief Answer:
You need to see your physician or cardiologist
Detailed Answer:
Actually Concor should reduce the chance of missed beats. if you are feeling better while not taking the medicines we need to see if your heart beat is getting too low and thats why you are experiencing the missed beats. So you need to see the doctor for physical examination and may be an ECG if required. Please visit doctor and send me reports.
