Dear Sir,

In most laboratories cut off value for CK MB is 25, but usually abnormal value is above 50. Under 50 is there are many false positive results, so it is very important to listen patients complains carefully, to find out if the patient has another disease, and if there are still suspicions, repeat it in 3-6 hours.
