Is A CMIA Duo Test Done 39 Days Post Exposure Conclusive?

Question: I took CMIA , duo test after 39 days and comes negative with .305 index value. Is it indicate good result at 39 Days? I have protected sex with sex worker but I have fear too much. I have sore throat.

sir I have symptoms of sore throat, dry mouth and dizziness. I was also fever for one day after 1 week exposure. I have doubt that sex worker put their varginal fluid in condom before to wear to me becose I was little bit in drunken. I have tremendous tension for last one month.

You had protected sex with sex worker and CMIA duos test after 39 days of exposure is negative. It is highly reliable after one month post exposure so no need to worry as the risk of getting HIV is not there so be relaxed and don't get feared.

The sore throat, dry mouth and fever is mostly due to some throat infection and congestion. Take tab diominic-dca or wikoryl for smoothing of throat. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.

I will also recommend to consult ENT specialist for your mental satisfaction. Remove fear of getting HIV from your mind and avoid unnecessary stress. You need to get tested again after 3 months to be 100% conclusive as per international HIV guideline.

is possible that a sex worker put their verginal fluid 5 to 10 before to wear by me and I become infected. please reply me.

The survival of HIV virus outside the human body and in an open environment is very difficult and it will die within seconds so the possibility of getting infection through the way you had mentioned is negligible so don't get tensed or feared.

The other symptoms like fever, sore throat, dizziness and dry mouth are due to some throat infection for which take medicines as I had suggested earlier and consult ENT specialist for your mental satisfaction and further treatment.

The test done from Dr. Lal pathology is reliable and credible. Avoid thinking too much, focus on your work and do regular exercises to make your self relaxed and comfortable. If still feeling troubled then consider counselling services.

sir I have done my CBC blood test on 11/02/15. after 2 month. report is upload in discussion and as mentioned below.
1.Platetet- 2.2 lacs per cum mm
2. PCV- 40.9
3. RBC - 4.57 Million per cu mm
4. Hemoglobin - 13.2 gm%(92%)
5. leukocyte- 6700 per cu mm
6. Polymorph's - 68%
7. Lymphocytes-30%
8. Monocytes-0
9. Basophils-0
sir I am afraid with monocytes-0 and low hemoglobin. sir I have still blurry vision and eye sight less sharpness.
this types of vision problem have earliar in my school and college life but that was long year back.please tell me my CBC report is OK or not.
I still not concentrate in my work and family life.

Sir I have seen a small tiny pin point size red spot in right hand arm without pain. its not looks like mosquito bite.

The small tiny pin point size red spot might be due to some allergy if it is not alike mosquito or insect bite. Nothing to worry, take some anti-allergic drug like Avil or Cetrizine and it will be fine. If not improved then consult dermatologist for further management. Don't get to anxious or tensed.
