Question : Healthy 54 year old male.
bp average is 125/85
Not on any medication.Creatinine is 1.32 which is high normal.
Recent lab tests are all normal.
Albumin is 5.0 which is high normal.
Urinalysis normal
CBC NORMAL
CMP NORMAL
QUESTION - What do you recommend? Should I consult with a kidney specialist?

All the other reports are also normal. creatinine can vary any between 0. 6 to 1.4 many a times and can be considered as normal though the Creatine is not wonderful marker of kydney function. Albumin indicates a good nutritional status. I would like to know whether you gave any other health issue so that reports can be interpreted appropriately. As such reports are normal but the clinical situation can determine whether you need to consult s nephrologist or not
