As you already know, SGPT isa measure of functioning of liver and its elevation indicates liver pathology. Normal level of SGPT in blood stream ranges from 7-56 units.
Since the value you have mentioned is within the normal range, there is absolutely no cause for concern whatsoever, provided the levels of other enzymes or serum markers are within normal limits.
