Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Firstly, I can't say a lot considering just one blood test, but pancreatic cancer is the last thing to think of.
Do you have other values such as Red blood count, AST, ALT, ALP or albumin and prothrombin time?
These tests would be helpful. Also, liver ultrasound should be done. However, this is slightly elevated bilirubin and may indicate certain liver or certain blood disorders or may be caused by some medications, alcohol over-use or toxines. If she doesn't have symptoms such as jaundice or weight loss then you should not be concerned.
But liver ultrasound and these tests should be done to rule out most common disorders such as biliary stones, hepatitis and hemolytic anemia.
Please let me know if there's any more queries..
Wish you good health.
Regards

 no need to worry then
Detailed Answer:
Jaundice should be visible as yellowish skin.
If she doesnt have any other symptoms then it will probably be temporary bilirubin elevation and she should just repeat test in 1-2 months and do liver ultrasound.
