Question: Hi Doctor,

Please see the attached reports.

Can you please suggest the treatment when there is an abnormality in the right fallopian tube while the left one looks normal.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Left tube has hydrosalpinx.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The attached report suggests a blocked left sided fallopian tube. This can be corrected with a laparoscopic surgery. The right sided fallopian tube is normal. The dye spillage is seen on the both sides so the chances of conception are present. You need to consult an infertility specialist for further laparoscopy.

The small fibroid seen in the uterus is not worrisome and is not likely to affect your fertility.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Surgery will improve the chances of conception.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Her chances of conception will increase after the surgery. The cost of surgery can vary between 20-25 thousand INR. It is best to get the surgery done at an infertility center with good success rate and nearest to your home place. You can get the recommendations from your gynecologist as she must be personally knowing all the infertility specialists in your area.

Hope my answer is helpful. Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
