I went for a Pap test today and the nurse noted a tiny dark spot on my cervix, she said it looked like a blood blister and was smooth and regular and not seeping... she had never seen it before & neither had the doc. I’m going back in 2 weeks for a review. Help!!!! I’m freaking out

Hello,

I think the doctor should have checked it under colposcoly with acetic acid and lugol. The lesions that look white tend to be cancerous.
This blood blisters may be even due to infection , trauma or cancer.
The pap smere can determine the type of cells of it.
