Question : Should I be concerned with blood pressure of 108/40??
Brief Answer:
If no symptoms then no concerns
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query at HealthcareMagic.
Low blood pressure causes symptom of dizziness.
Therefore if dizziness present then you need to take precautions like sitting and standing slowing, avoiding sudden movements, drinking lemonade with salt in it.
If it is consistently low at many occasions, then cause should be sought. For this further tests like ECG, and basic blood tests like complete blood count, thyroid profile are to be done.
If no cause is found, then it should not cause any concern.
Hope it helps.
