The blood pressure mentioned is not dangerous but needs monitoring at home. If it accelerates quickly any blood pressure could be dangerous leading organ failure like kidney, heart brain etc.

So just keep monitoring the blood pressure and reach a care provider if it accelerates quickly over 180 systolic (upper one).
