Brief Answer:
unrelated to thyroid..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

However, first of all, please note that if there's no change in the voice (eg. hoarseness/huskiness), speech disturbance is unrelated to thyroid disorders..

Facing difficulties in pronunciation and challenges in speech should be evaluated properly..there are multiple pathologies behind this (I'm not going to describe the long list here, as it'll unncessarily create anxiety and stress)..

Simply schedule an appointment with a ENT specialist in the first place for a thorough check-up..based on the clinical findings and a few investigations, further planning for management will be done (mostly it's limited to Speech language therapy if the primary cause is found as speech language pathology)..

So for cure, at first the proper diagnosis needs to be made, just get yourself examined for this so that it can be diagnosed quickly and necessary treatment can be initiated..

Take Care
Kind Regards
