Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for sending the query.

For a minor bump or trauma a cold compress would be the treatment of choice. You can do this for 10-15 minutes every 3-4 hours today. Hopefully this will prevent significant bruising or swelling.

For pain you could try taking some tylenol.

If your pain gets much worse or if you develop vision changes, dizzyness, nausea or vomiting then this would be reason to go to the ER for evaluation.

Thank you again for sending the query.

Sincerely,
