Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

The drug combination which you have mentioned is very effective in the control of chronic pain of mild to high intensity I advise oxycodone Acetaminophen combination to many of my patients in my clinic too and it proves very effective usually , but I would always advise you to discuss this with your doctor before starting any medication.

In this case we have to consider function of your liver and kidneys to avoid any undesired side effects. Plus in RA there are many drugs which one has to take along with pain killers to slow the progression of the disease.

So in short, Yes you can take this medication after you get it prescribed by your doctor after proper checkup.
