yes and no

Detailed Answer:
There is a generic long acting oxycodone.
However, Oxycontin was reformulated to have additional features to prevent it from being ground up and used as an abusable drug.
Also, every drug that goes generic is tested that enough of it gets into the system
IT IS NOT CONTROLLED on how fast and how long it stays.

so, generic oxycontin might not be anything like the brand.
