Brief Answer:
Please go to ER (not urgent care clinic)
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcomes,
With a heart rate of 120, I do think you should go in to the ER.
And I think it is best for someone else to drive you.
In the ER, they can do an EKG and hook you up to continuous heart monitoring. And they can help bring it down. I think an ER would be better than urgent care - better equipped for something like this.
I hope this helps and you are soon feeling better!

What if I went in the morning,
Brief Answer:
Go now rather than tomorrow.
Detailed Answer:
If your heart rate is 120, it would be best to go now.
At the very minimum, call your doctor tonight (or the doctor who is on call for him or her.)

And this is if i'm active or resting, is it lethal I don't feel as bad anymore I do lose breaths faster also I got up and walked once around my tiny room and then sat down and my heart rate was at 139
Brief Answer:
Activity will exacerbate the rapid heart rate.
Detailed Answer:
Yes, activity, and any kind of stress will make it worse.
I am concerned not just because you are having tachycardia, but that it will likely persist for hours given the amount of long acting and immediate acting Aderall you have in your system. Did you call your doctor yet?
