Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your women has a slightly elevated tachycardia and she needs rest and to take an extra diltiazem pill. This will help to stabilize her HR.

If she was my patients I would recommend to do the following exams to find out what is causing tachycardia:
- Blood work and hormonal balance
- ECG
- Cardiac echo
- Bolter monitoring

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
