To recapitulate: Female/81 - taking Warfarin - lumps in leg - no redness or pain - wants to ow to if it is a blood clot...
Please post a photograph if possible as it helps for on-the-spot diagnosis.
If you are a fair colored person, the blood clot will always be blue if recent and may change over to varied colors as per the duration of the clot.
Usually felt as soft one and XXXXXXX if under the skin.
Getting the coagulation profile also helps in determining.
