Question : If a ct scan is a month old is it still accurate ?
Brief Answer:
Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
It all depends what is it made for. In case of acute abdominal issues diagnostics like acute pancreatitis, appendicitis, gallbladder inflammation or any other kind of inflammation such CT is out of date.
But if the CT was done to diagnose liver issues (like a cyst or lump), kidney issues (cysts), spine problems or any other not urgent issues, it may be accurate.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
