Is A Negative HIV OraQuick Test At 13th Week Conclusive?

Question: Im worried i may have hiv

About 4 and a half weeks after a possible exspoure i started to get night sweats witch lasted about 4 days no fever during the day the following week i had cold chills
After this i had a sinus type infection and also oralthrush diagnosed by doctor witch did not respond to medication and is still present and has got a little better. At 6 weeks from possible exposure i had a blood drawn antibody test from the dr witch was negative.
The following week my girlfriend also began to have symptoms swollen lymph nodes under chin also chills and a sinus infection. At 12 and 13 weeks i did the ora quick in home test witch where negative can i consider myself negative conclusively? I would really appreciate answer as I'm very stressed.

I just wondered since it says not to eat or drink befre the test as the thrush is in your saliva

Thank you. Do you have any idea why the oral thrush doesnt respond to the nystatin or the fluconazole its really whats bothering me

There is no oral thrush resistant to these medications. Failure to get resolved means that it is not thrush. I will suggest that your doctors examine your tongue.

Even if you got infected, it is too early for you to be have developed thrush which only sets in several years and when you are immune-depressed.

I saw my doctor today he doesnt think its thrush and he gave me another antibody blood draw and a cbc also std panel and a diabetes test ive attached a poctuer of what my tongue looks like. The teeth marks where nit there before

I have reviewed your tongue. I wouldn’t say there is any infection there. If you could brush the tongue well and daily, this white coating should give up. The fear that you could get thrush might have exaggerated your fear and made you even concerned for what you shouldn’t in my opinion.

This was one day if not scraping my tongue it was pink yeaterday. Im very worried that one of my tests will come back positive manly the hiv or hep
