Is A Negative HIV Elisa Test Conclusive?

Question: I have done HIV ECLIA test and results are reported as non reactive. but with no values, Normally results are reported with values. Please advise

If the test results are declared negative, you need not bother about readings.
Test is declared negative only after confirmation. these detect antibodies if present after infection. It is negative for antibodies so no HIV infection.
