Brief Answer:
HIV negative

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is confirmed that you did not contract HIV with the above act of yours. The risk was near to zero.
Though the risks of transmission with the description you gave was very low when compared to actual unprotected intercourse it was not zero.
You were just lucky and did not aquire the virus.
I suggest not to worry now and instead lead a healthy life.
The watery stool should be investigated for other reasons. Please get stool microscopy done first.

Hope this addresses.

Brief Answer:
4thGen HIV test

Detailed Answer:
I already said that you should not worry now. The test confirmed it that you are negative. 4th Gen test was most conclusive.
I did not see a 4th test turning postive after 28 days.
Thereotically it says to wait till 6 weeks.
You just need a personal counselor who can allay your anxiety. Please meet one and I am sure you will come out positively after counseling session.
