                                    Brief Answer:
Seems to be folliculitis, oral and topical antibiotic.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be folliculitis which is inflammation of the hair follicle.
I would recommend you to continue with Fusidic Acid cream on the affected areas and you can continue with Co-codamol.
Besides this take oral antibiotic like tablet Cephalexin.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
Regards.
