Question : I have developed this white painless lump underneath my tongue which has been there for about a week i am concerned as i do drink more than i should do u think it is anything to worry about ?

I would say that you keep an eye on it. It should start getting better in one week up to 1 month or not getting worse.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor. They can watch it with a tool which looks at it with magnifier and can identify it if needs to be removed or can be still just observed.
