Detailed Answer:
Hello Pxxxxxy, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your wife,

Well, to begin with, it's extremely important to know if this is the first time it has been noticed or was it there previously also.. How were the platelet counts previously?

Please let me know what all investigations were done in that routine check-up and how were the reports, It'd be better if you can upload them here to the reports section for my review...

When you said, Tuberculosis in the throat, which part of the throat do you mean (as there are several parts like tongue, buccal cavity, larynx or voice box, pharynx or even the oesophagus or food pipe)? It'd be better if you can upload some of the details of that treatment also...

It's important to know if she has noticed/experienced any kinds of signs and symptoms, like--

-Whether there's any recent medical procedure or blood transfusion?
-Any recent infection or vaccine?
-Any vision problems?
-Is there any headaches, dizziness or weakness?
-Any chest pain?
-Is there any bleeding or easy-bruising?
-Is there any numbness or tingling in hands or feet?
-Did she have a family history of high platelet counts?

The next step would be to repeat the Platelet count from a good path-lab along with a few other investigations (a CBC with Peripheral Blood Smear, Iron profile, CRP and ESR)...Along with these, a thorough clinical check-up by a Hematologist should be done for a proper assessment along with (all of these will give a clear picture behind the apparent reason for this, one of them is definitely tuberculosis as you've rightly mentioned, however, since it's been 5years post treatment already, better to analyze further)...

It may or may not be anything serious, but the gravity of seriousness can only be assessed and confirmed after these comprehensive series of evaluation properly...

I've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to understand, let me know if there are any further doubts...

Take Care
Kind Regards

I have attached some reports for your review and please let us know which doctor we can consult in this case. Because in last 2 years we have visited multiple doctors but nothing came up and from 2 years sometimes she feels headache, weakness, neck and shoulder pain, chest pain.
Recently we have done MRI and CT scan as well and The reports are normal.

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised along with the following...inconclusive reports...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
I've reviewed the attached reports of Lipid profile(mildly deranged), CBC(uploaded twice) along with blood grouping, there is anemia evident, which needs to be looked into further...

As already explained in details earlier, further thorough investigations to be done (eg. the remaining ones in this scenario are the Iron profile, CRP and a few more based on the findings of the clinical examination)...along with these, a thorough clinical check-up by a Hematologist should be done for a proper assessment along with (all of these will give a clear picture of the apparent reason behind this)...

So please schedule an appointment with the Hematologist and proceed further...

Wish her the best of health...

Take Care
Kind Regards
