Brief Answer:
ECG and consultation with cardiologist should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. If your resting pulse rate is 95 to 125 it should be investigated. ECG should be taken to rule out Dysrhythmias. Thyroid profile and lipid profile also should be done. in case of hypothyroidism also there can be a high resting pulse. A consultation with cardiologist is also well appreciated.
Coffee should be avoided. If you are a smoker smoking should be restricted or avoided. coffee and smoking also can cause high pulse.

Let me know f anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
