Question : I have pimple where my scrotum and penile shaft meet for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I ended up popping it and it bled with some fluid coming out. It has scabbed bed over from where I popped it but Its still kind of there, but a little smaller. The central scab is hard to touch. I'm worried about Genital herpes, or genital warts is this a possibility?
Also forgot to mention, it's slight painfuly only to touch

Brief Answer:
Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like folliculitis a bacterial infection.
Don't worry it's not wart.
I treat such cases with a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
