Is A Repeat Tongue Culture Test Advisable When On Antibiotics?

default
Posted on Tue, 6 Jan 2015
Question: Dear Doctor,

I have had my tongue culture test in the same day after taking antibiotics. Whilst I was advised to take tongue culture after 3 days of stop taking antibiotics.

The result seems normal. However, would you advise me to retake the tongue culture again?

Please advise.

Thank you and best regards,
