Question : My resting heart rate is typically 120. Should I be concerned?
Brief Answer:
Get an EKG, at minimum!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.
While this is certainly not an emergency, it is concerning. You are way over the average of 80beats per minute. Even if no disease condition has been linked to this, it is good that we evaluate fully and make sure that there is nothing to be worried about. Please, get at least an EKG for better evaluation and more insights. Keep me posted on this.
I hope this is guiding enough. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
