Brief Answer:
Normal finding in 85% of patients.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking query on this forum.

Have gone through your details.

RBBB is normal in 85% of population.
Protocol is to go for 2d echocardiogram if RBBB is there in ecg.
If ejection fraction in 2d echo is normal (>30%)then nothing is to be done.

Suggestion-
Go for 2d echo and follow up with reports.

Thanks.
