Question : Hi doctor.

I recently have been training and had stretch marks. I injured my skin and it has formed a red patch with scaly skin on top.

I usually wear support briefs when i am training and the velcro has maybe caused this. Can you have a look into it.. looks like a eczema patch but i aint a doc!

Hello,

Seems like a fungal infection - ring shaped lesion with scaling. I suggest you to use use a topical antifungal e.g. clotrimazole.

In addition to this, you may take tab. cetirizine for symptomatic relief from itching.
