Is A Serum Creatinine Level Of 60 Mg A Cause For Concern?

Question: my wife is 55 years old who is a diabetic patient and now it is learnt from diagnostic report that the serum urea and serum creatinine is 60.0mg and 3.0 mg respectively. please advise your suggestions. Now she is facing difficult to walk due to swelling her mostly right foot.

yes it could be diabetic nephropathy , check the HBA1C levels, and assess Glomerular filtration rate meet an endocrinologist as soon as possible.
