Is A Skin Condition A Sign Of An STD After Sexual Activity With A Commercial Sex Worker?

Question: Hi doctor, I have a slight concern about a red spot I just noticed on my penis today. My concern comes because I recently received a handjob from a CSW about 3 days ago. Apart from the handjob, there was no other contact with the CSW. Based on the photo, does this look like anything STD-related? Also, I have a tube of gentrisone cream at home - would it be ok to apply onto the red spot?

Brief Answer:
This could be just from the friction.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have seen carefully your picture and based on your history , just hand-job, I think that this could be just from the friction.
You should know there is no STD and HIV risk from hand jobs.
In theory, HPV could be acquired this way, but it is very rare if it occurs at all.
As well HIV is not possible without insertive sex and syphilis could be transmitted only if she has elements in her hands of secondary syphilis.
So, you can apply Gentrisone cream onto the red spot during this time.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
