Question : I received a static electric shock from my husband's shirt directly to my left nipple. I had clothes on. No burn on nipple. Is this a concern?

Thank you for your quick response. I am still feeling a little tingle in the nipple area. Would ice be appropriate or just leave it alone? Thank you.

I am still experiencing a little sore feeling in the area of the nipple of the left breast. There is no redness or scaling of skin like a burn. I understand there is no concern with the static electric shock from my husband's shirt. However, I was wondering what I can put on the area to ease the uncomfortable feeling and how long this soreness might last. On a scale of 10 it might be a 2. Thank you

This will give way sooner than later. Avoid falling into the permanent thought that something serious might have happened to you as well as it it only serve to reinforce this sensation, which in most cases is perceived.
