Question : a bump under my tongue , does not hurt but I can feel it if I touch it and I don't really remember feeling it before in the past. I started feeling it about 1 day ago.

It doesn't seem infected. I think it may have allergic origin or irritation origin.
Maybe you can identify a kind of food that makes it.
No specific treatment is needed. It will go away by itself.
If you develop further swelling of tongue or hives in body go to ER for epinephrine and prednisone injections because it may be an allergic reaction.
