Brief Answer:
Plantar spur, bursa cyst or else possible. Need further inputs please.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the bump with sharp pain can be palpable plantar calcaneal spur, bursa cyst or else.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Any history of fall or injury in recent past ?
2. If visible above the skin surface, kindly provide a photo picture of the bump in follow up conversation.

Till that time, application of ice pack and intake of tablet ibuprofen (400 mg) after meals (if no history of drug sensitivity) will relieve her pain.

Awaiting for your response.
Thank you.
