Question : I have a pronated left foot and my right beside the ankle is a very tender bulge. Is it possible I have torn a muscle or tendon?
Brief Answer:
Could be tendon rupture. Need more history
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Have you sustained any trauma like an ankle sprain?
Yes, bulges could be a torn tendon. It could also be fox collection or ganglion cysts.
Do get an ultrasound scan over the bulge to confirm. Best investigation will be an MRI scan.
I hope I have answered your query.
