Yes , It's within normal limits .
Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
I am Dr. Mody and I would be addressing your concern .
Troponin is a test done to detect any kind of damage to the heart muscle but detecting the above molecule on the blood . The normal value is less than 0.01 ng/ml .
Considering your age is 26 years and you are well protected by your hormones against any major heart issues ,
The troponin results can be safely considered negative if it was done after 3 hours of the chest pain onset .
Also rather than a single value the trend is more important, so another sample after 6 hours of the first if still negative we can rule out heart as the cause of your symptoms 99.6 % , which is very accurate for any test .
Hopefully I could help .
Regards Dr. Priyank Mody
