Brief Answer:
suspected IUGR.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
If you are 27 weeks pregnant by LMP and the ultrasound growth is 24-26 weeks then it is likely that the growth is normal. Any evidence of IUGR or growth retardation can be determined by FL/AC ratio which if more than 25 indicate growth retardation. Please attach your latest Ultrasound report for evaluation first.
