Is A Vein On The Left Scrotum While Standing Straight Normal?

My question is to a doctor after a shower if I have my testicle squeezed between my legs standing straight there seems to be a vein I can see on the left front part is this part of anatomy I have attached pictures for your perusal.
There's no swelling behind my scrotum all perfectly fine. I did have a examination from a doctor and he didn't comment on anything of the sort.
Is this because it needs a lot of blood supply?
Thank you
It looks normal. The vein is anatomically normal.

Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
Thank you for your question.
Please let me know your age to begin with.
The vein on the left side seems to be fine. It is a superficial vein of the scrotum and is normal. Bigger veins do occur in the scrotum above the testicles and are called Varicocele which can lead to heaviness in the testicles.
Bigger veins also do occur in the penis region which get bigger in size due to increased blood supply as you were suspecting. Do not worry about this vein, it is fine and anatomically normal.
Take care and do let me know if there are any other queries on this issue. Also do let me know about your sexual history if there are other problems.
