Brief Answer:
According to Agrawal growth chart it is around 50th centile

Detailed Answer:
Hello

There are so many factors on which the present weight of baby depends. One very important factor is birth weight.

I want to know
What was the birth weight?
Which growth chart are you following?

The growth chart recommended by XXXXXXX academy of pediatrics according to XXXXXXX standard is Agrawal growth chart. There are specific growth charts for baby boy and baby girls.Along with weight;height and head circumference can also be plotted in that chart.

In each chart 5 specific percentiles are mentioned. Those are 97th,75th,50th,25th and 3rd. Weight between 25th to 75th considered to be normal.According to agrawal chart your baby's weight comes around 50th centile.

Infant growth is not a linear process. A baby with large birth weight may fall one or two centile band below the usual and similarly a baby with low birth weight may cross one or two centile band above in the follow up.

So I would suggest you to follow the Agrawal growth chart. It is easily available on the net.Correlate it with the birth weight. A gross change in percentile band should be evaluated while if there is a minor change we can follow it.

I will be glad to answer your further query

Brief Answer:
I would suggest you to follow Agrawal cahrt

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Although WHO chart can be used for XXXXXXX babies also, there are various studies which have shown that are various regional, ethnic and geographical factors which affect the growth.

It also depends on whether baby is breastfed or formula fed, whether she is losing weight or not gaining weight in last 2 follow up visits.

If it remains below the 25th centile on Agrawal growth chart, consult your physician for proper evaluation.

I am waiting to answer your queries if any.
