Question : Is stomach tuberculosis contagious or no?

Not exactly contagious.

It is very unlikely for TB stomach to spread from one person to another , but the vomit of the infected patient is infectious and if it comes in contact with mouth of another person , that person may get TB.

Else it won't spread by other means.
