Question : i took my blood pressure pills twice about an hour apart. Lisnapril 40mg atenlol 200mg, so double that

Had you taken it accidentally if yes,
Accidental double dosage of anti hypertensives usually passes out without causing much trouble.
Anyhow, the effect of these two drugs will last for 24 hours, and you should be cautious about symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, blurred vision etc (suggestive of hypotension). If any such features appears, just lay down for some time and have some drinks before seeking medical attention without delay.
If 24 hours passed without any trouble, need not be worried further, and no need to skip next dose.
Meanwhile, drink enough fluids and avoid exertion for this time.
