Brief Answer:
Blistex is non toxic to children but please be careful next time

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Blistex is a lip balm used for the care of lips. It is non toxic to children.

2. Your child will not develop any serious condition but it is suggested that you carefully try to remove any blistex from the mouth of the child.

3. Please read labels before using any medicine on your baby and avoid this kind of incident from happening again.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
