Question : Hi I am having my tonsils removed but was also planning on traveling from Australia to Japan , will I be ok to fly after surgery or if not how long should I wait ?
Thanks
Thanks
Brief Answer:
Try to wait a week after the surgery.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Generally this procedure is done in general anesthesia. And you may feel some pain few days after the surgery. So it would be good to wait with the travel a week after the surgery.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
