Question : I was prescribes cipro antibiotic for a UTI. It's my anniversary this weekend and I wanted to check and see if I can drink alcohol on this medication?

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

There are no interactions between alcohol and ciprofloxacin and you can consume alcohol as permitted and in limits.

Moreover duration of antibiotics for UTI is usually 7-10 days.

Take plenty of water and other fluids.
